    Why? I can't tell the truth about the bad things about OCR? You can't stand the truth? (the truth vs the myths that you are singing about OCR?)

    You still haven't answered my question yet! You can't answer them and just keep quiet as though you are blind and never see them? Switch to another topic again to divert forumers attention about the myths/dreams that you have been singing (and proven to be myths/dreams)?

    My friend bought a one-bedder (think 506 sft) at just 320K from first owner some years ago! subsale! Now more than double the price!!!
