    SB posted some pics recently, including one on the living room. However, they removed it 2 days after posting so not sure you all have the chance to see it. Hope my attachment is successful.

    Emailed SB on the TOP date. They told me 1Q2012. So need to wait a few months more.

    Today pass by the construction site. I think still got chance to TOP by end of this year. From the developer point of view, any written comment might cause a commitment so will give some room for delay for any commitment. At least we wont expect more than 1Q of 2012.

    Anyway, enjoy the waiting mood la. Once TOP then the excitement will slowly disappear lol. waiting mean life got target ma.

    Most probably they might be aiming to finish before cny 2012.

    Hi anyone have the e-brochures for this project, The Mezzo as I am very interested to buy a unit at this project. I had searched whole net for e-brochures - none.

    You might want to e-mail soilbuild for a brochure? I only got the hardcopy. But the brochure is quite basic and to the point. Site plan, floor plan and specs.

    This morning pass by the construction site. Saw that the building is fully unveiled. But not sure what is the status of interior work...

    Haha, there is still a small part of scaffolding on stake 3&4 that hasn't been removed. Trees have been planted on level 7.

    I called SB to ask, unlikely this year end TOP, but likely after CNY (Feb), depending on clearance of inspection.

    Also, to speed up the key collection time after receiving the TOP letter, you may wish to pay the 6 mth advanced maintenance fee by cashier's order, that will cut down the waiting time by around 5 days, or else will probably take about 2 weeks as SB needs to clear your chq

    yup... need some carpentry works to be done. Got 5 quotations so far, average around $15k.

    Got better deal?

    have you asked for your unit floor plan with measurement from SB?

    if you have it, bring it to the ID and roughly tell them the theme that you like. They will then suggest something (you can finetune the design along the way), and then quote you a price.

    Once you visit a few IDs, you will slowly know what you want. Bear in mind you need to pay 10% deposit before they draw you the 3D plan, so need time to source for the ideal ID. Should start early so no need to rush last min.

    Mind to share with me which ID is recommended? My understanding is that a lot of ID have their contractor and if so, can negotiate a better price. But I never do reno be4...
