    Keep getting calls from agents offering to buy at record psf (>1500)

    What's brewing here? Someone collecting for enbloc?

    Maplewoods is next to the MRT...rare to have FH with MRT next door. With Sterling already transacting at 1500 psf, not surprising that agents are going for 1500 psf for Maplewoods as well.

    Used to love maple woods. But when one day realised that it is in d21 not d10, put off.

    Anyway, it is bad fengshui to have mrt just next to residential.
