We went to Waterfront Gold this weekend. The 1+1 unit is asking 700K, and that's only 5th floor, no much lake view but only road noise!

When I came back Tropica, I really really appreciate the spaciousness in Tropica! so lucky we can stay in Tropica!

I got reply from them, officially still at Q1 2011, but it seems will be earlier. the foundation of showflat is building higher and higher. maybe they will have a 2 story showflat, in order to show both reservior and quary view?

if I rent a unit with proper contract. Halfway through landlord sell away the house. Is it right for the landlord to tell the tenant to move by giving them a notice period?
How to settle on the remaining tenancy period?

Are you renting or are you renting out?

if you're renting look at the early termination clause where the landlord has to compensate you unless it's stipulated that he's not required to.

if you're renting out, you can try selling w tenancy since this gives investor buyers immediate rental income, else you can nego the exit clause w potential tenants.

Spot on! The feel is captured with no amiss. Oh my, this raised my expectation again. Still waiting for the quotation so far. Can't wait to see the my 3D pic.

Agree that a new dark gray rug will fit even better into this theme. How about also hiding the rail of the curtain? think it is neat.
