    i share the same sentiment...especially the zhong san park / office building is coming up next...

    I pity owners of Thomson Euro-Asia and Strata... Cube 8 which is >10 mins away by walking to Novena MRT station and right beside PIE can sell at $1300 psf and yet these former 2 condo estates are selling at only $13xx psf for needing to just walk across the road to reach Novena MRT station and also Novena Square and United Square!
    Even Pavilion 11 can sell at $12xx psf (again, takes >15 mins to walk to Novena MRT station).

    This Novena Specialist Centre is located on the entry of Irrawaddy road.
    Let`s see the price hike of all the condos in Irrawaddy road including The centrio.

    The Centrio is very much undervalued condo since price is only about 1200psf, although newly TOP in early of 2010 and only 5-6 mins from Novena MRT.

    Not only Zong san park/ office building,,,,

    There is hotel construction next to "Domus" site, and from what I heard from someone, it should be upcoming "Ibis Hotel Novena".

    This hotel is due for completion in 2011.

    I think balestier will become a tourist/budget 3-4* hotel area where all the tour groups and budget tourists stay.

    As of now, Value hotel and Quality hotel are well recommended in travel reviews.

    It is 2bedroom + study, 980sqft.

    My agent told me he just found the tenant for same type at $4600/mth.
    It is good news for me since my contract is just about to terminante soon.

    I think now rental for the projects in Irrawaddy road side is not bad, even IResidence also could find the tanant at $4800/mth for 2bedroom.(Done by my agent.)

    And it will become the flagship MM haven now that TK JooChiat and Kovan no more opportunity... Here even better. High rise MM heaven like Prestige Heights 334sf...
