    One Amber 1 and 2BR about 800-850psf

Launch in mid 06, Esta in Jan 06 and cheaper. Also One Amber the layout better, Esta those walk into balcony not really in demand.

From the site map, it shows that stack 19 so near to Mountbatten Rd, must be very noisy.
Don't think the layout practical... waste a lot also. anway, better wait till TOP then can have actual feeling. by then, then price will drop further

If drop to 500psf don't think can find anymore buyer....That means Singapore is in deep shit.

But I feel 1 Amber has the potential to hit 1500 psf. Looking at some projects area there are sold at so high...Amber Residences-1900psf, Seaview-1500psf, Aalto- 2000psf, Veris-1200psf...Silversea going to launch at 1800psf....Once market pick up, price tag for 1 amber and Esta will move up too.

Btw I really like the name 1 AMBER

Price will still hold for those good stack and high floor. Reason? It's transacted high last year and buyer are willing to offer this price cause they know, you can't match others with Belvedre. My feel is for fire sale, might only drop to 1400 psf for high floor. When it peak in future....2000psf to 2300psf is possible

That's why have to wait till TOP, then see the actual unit first. I went to see several seaview units recently, the afternoon sun is very very hot, make the room like steam room.
feishui wise, facing north also no good wah.
