    That must be an original owner lodging a caveat. I haven't lodged my own caveat yet - you will be shocked at how low the psf I paid !!

    I am waiting for the new project (at the former Rose Gardens) to launch. Sure to depress all existing sale prices in the vinicity

    Stack 8 faces Mountbatten...hmm

    My favs Stack 13, 12, 11, 6, 5, 4, 3, 26, 25, 24 and 23 - all sea-facing.

    Hard to find these on the market.

    YES....All sea facing.....but don't think will have sea view. If lucky may get pocket sea view. Btw I have these stacks you mentioned

    The world is not going to collapse but those who think Spore is immune to global crisis is being pathetically naive or ignorant. Stock market already reacted, property will be next. It has been this way historically and it will happen this way again.

    The real estate market in Singapore is in a very different phase as compared to a year ago. There are more supply than demand. World economy is in turmoil and if anyone out there still think Singapore is insulated, think again.

    With buyers holding back their purchases, prices for One Amber will probably face the same downward trend like Sea View and Esta as TOP approaches.

    I do not want to be labeled as a doom sayer but this is the situation we are in.

    Yes, a year ago and now there's a lot of difference in the World. Who will know the world a year from now. You can start your day saying time is bad and you end up your day with nothing. Or start your day thinking positive and you will get returns. What I believe is God will help Singapore! Cause they are just too many good people around here
