    I am afraid that the Amber area will have an oversupply of new condos acouple of years from now: The Esta, One Amber, The Sea View, and coming up will be a new condo at Amberville collective sale site. Not to mention Vertis, but that's a small development.

    Whatever it is re-enactment of post 1993 is coming soon. i just hope i let go my share of burden before it hits . People generally never learn .

    looking at the huge numbers of indian bankers coming into s'pore, and that they love the meyer, amber and tanjong rhu area, I should say that there will be an under-supply of condos here in this area!
