This project already TOP over 6 months and there are still 56 units not launch and another 12 launched units not sold.

What's Soon Lian thinking about? Continue to hold on to these units till the next CM?

    Have pros and cons.

"Good" schs in Bishan (Ai Tong, Cath High) are very difficult to get in even if you live within 1 km.

If you have girl and boy or haven't had them yet, then Gardens would be the best choice as Ai Tong takes both sexes. Upcoming MRT at door step (but need to wait till 2019). Amenities not at door step but easily accessible (J8 or Thomson Plaza).

they're cost was much lower. given that it's freehold and so near MRT, the can afford to sell it at 7% discount to market and still sell it at a higher price than their launch wor.

i don't fancy it though, cos it'll be next to the NSE.

Developer never torn down the showflat and it's left wasting away at the site. Are they hoping for the NSE to clear it for them?

    Default Firesale?

    Tresalveo, S$ 1,092,500, 1,001 sqft, 1,091 psf, Jul-13
    Tresalveo, S$ 1,090,500, 1,001 sqft, 1,089 psf, May-13
    Tresalveo, S$ 1,702,500, 1,668 sqft, 1,020 psf, May-13
    Tresalveo, S$ 1,730,580, 1,701 sqft, 1,018 psf, Apr-13
    Tresalveo, S$ 1,732,080, 1,701 sqft, 1,018 psf, Apr-13

What happened to these units? Why so cheap?

Cannot re-finance ... or children graduated from the nearby schools and needed money to go overseas study?

... or developer is still selling?

    Thanks,

It could be developer clearing stock. It's VERY close to the construction for the NS Expressway.

Why so many units up for rent?
compared to newer projects with better facilities, this project and rafflesia should NOT be that sought after

N new projects r even nearer to mrt like sky habitat
So rent for tresalveo n rafflesia will drop

    Somemore Not near to amenities
