Dear Owners,

Came home today and found a letter from my lawyer....thinking that its the developer informing the TOP date but was not!!

It was just the 5% payment advise for the completion of the carpark and drain cover.

When will the TOP letter come......

I just checked the BCA website and they have not applied for TOP yet.

Versilia @ Haig is a landmark development on Haig Rd, I'm sure you'll enjoy staying there as well. Close to nice food and lots of amenities and FH somemore right?

TOP should be May/June latest. But from experience, good things are always worth the wait.

Yeap, hope it doesn't drag to June. Factor in the staggerred collection of keys, developer to rectify defects, followed by renovation, which may take up to approximately two months, hoping to move in before Aug (ghost month). Otherwise we'll be stuck until Sep.....

Hi mezo and all,

Instead of worrying and guessing when the TOP is, I contacted BCA and they referred me to the engineers involved on the project.

Spoke to the engineer and they have submitted all the necessary document to BCA for their approval. He did not see further issue and should expect to receive the TOP anytime soon.

Crossing my fingers and hope we can see something concrete over the next couple of weeks.

I am anxiously counting down to TOP too. Now looking for interior designer/contractor. Anyone got good lobangs? Hopefully do not have to spend too much on reno so I can have enough to buy some designer furniture

Yes, I was told level 1 and level 2 lobbies will be air-conditioned. :-)

You may want to take a drive to Versilia at night. You will be able to see the lift lobby in the carpark. Quite small but I guess it will serve its intended purpose.
