    The above units are all sold. Maybe you can check with FCL Homes or azeoprop can pass you his contact.

    high floor 2bedroom is almost 900psf, similar to Optima, must flip @ close to 1000psf to make $

    Think there are no more than 8 postings on last Saturday classified and 18 postings on propertyguru within the last 3 days, with only 1 posted today.

    Are this buyer dumb? You can get Heritage View at Dover with cheaper price and near good schools, office, etc.

    You gotta be joking! A LH99 with already 11 years on it, a median price of $880K and average psf of $753, is probably only good for rental. Even those who bought it last year have yet to recover their value.

    what is the liveable space as compared with Heritage? psf is no longer a good measure if you have big balcony and large bay windows. when 8@W TOP, how many years left? 99, 98, 97,....years?

    "Even those who bought it last year have yet to recover their value" - How much more you think buyer at 8@W can sell or flip?

    Heritage buyer bought "high" during bloom also cannot recover, buyers from 8@W bought even higher, but during recession.....
