    Should be for both 2 & 8 as 2nd disbursement is for Structural Wall Completion to your unit. So unless your unit is High floor.

    Just a question, for selling property, the costs are:
    1) Agent Fee 2%
    2) Lawyer Fee $2500
    3) Loan cancellation Fee 0.75% of the loan.
