    The park is a nice walk. I read someone posted last time that the developers will be constructing a covered walkway for the Waterfront Collections to the future Bedok Reservoir Station.

    That will be nice!

    Anyone knows if 8@w will have a similar sheltered walkway to woodleigh station from the side gate? Save the hassle of holding brollies in the rain and melting in the heat from the hot sun!

    I just check the URA Master Plan 2008 and realise the land occupied by Salvation Army (next to upcoming Stamford American International School before Youngberg Terrace) in front of the Woodleigh station is marked for residential with plot ratio of 2.8. Mean in time to come, land there will be release for tender. Believe in time to come, there should be more amentities around this stretch. Maybe HDB flats on cemetry side will be built.

    This is unit #06-02, obviuosly a sub-sale but no previous caveat lodged. Is the owner here?

    govt must be pro-FDI ma... so need to provide their children with schs too... sure got special here & there.
    This SAIS at Woodleigh mrt will be full-house with long long Q in waiting list.
    IMO, quite a convenient site among the rest of IB schools.

    No, it's still not mine. I wonder why the caveat for this unit is lodged before mine.. Mine was bought around the same time or slightly earlier. I came across #08-05 too, but ended up making offer for another unit in the same stack

    Let me just 'generate' what my caveat (and subsale) would look like:

    In the end, managed to bargain down the price very slightly (10k) to the above price.

    Cooling measures worked for Armstrong means below $1K psf for those less than 100m to MRT entrance?

    how to get yet to TOP condos so near to the city and less than 100m to MRT at less than 1000 psf nowadays?

    all of us buying into this are now are just waiting for it to shine after so many years of being under the opposition...i think that it is still undervalued.

    + next to international school
    + within 1km radius of St Andrew & Cedar
    + near to PIE and CTE
