Think cyber refers to May 2012.

Yes. Target TOP is may 2012 and keys collection to start from may 2012 according to Frasers officials managing the handover of units at W28

    Sleek - thanks. Nice pic.

But the pool seems to be quite narrow, hor?
Only know its 50m in length. Any one knows what is the width of it?Hope its not meant only for 2 to swim the length at any one time.

Will the lawyer be sending to everyone our scaled floor plan. Have not rec'd mine yet..

    Default photos from yesterday

Walked past yesterday and took some photos. Does anybody know if there will be an entry/exit to the upper Serangoon road for the residents?

Here is a photo of the swimming pool taken about a month ago from Blossoms. Hopefully you can get an idea of how wide it is...Seems alright to me though. Definitely not for just two swimmers.

Thanks for the pool view. though, i wish it could be bigger.
So some of our Blossom neighbours also got another pool view besides their own....

Hope the landscaping will be nicely done up with lush greens to give a bit of resort feel.

Probably enough for 3 pax, guess this is the norm nowadays.

I expect the pool to be quite busy when residents first move in. But after a while, the crowd will likely die down.

So I think no point having too big a pool. It will just increase the maintenance cost.

thank-u...as the buyer, the cheaper the better! I certainly hope it's a good unit. The only issue is the proximity to Blossom on the left.

Not a bad price for the buyer, but as an owner I would prefer it higher of cos

I see sharp edges in the pool tiles and design. Be careful..

Thanks for the update Sleek! I see you managed to make your way into the premises..

Pool looks good in my opinion, sizeable with enough space around it for relaxing. Was kinda worried that it may turn out to be long but narrow, but not anymore.

    Just waiting for TOP now

ya, over 3 years easily CAGR 40% of 200k fork out to take the risk...
hmm... if juz the cash portion of 5% upfront, then its like CAGR 100%
more aggressive than frying stocks especially with the leverage
