Anyone here intend for self-stay or rental?
How and who to ask from for actual layout measurement for renvo plan?
w/o that, hard to do furniture shopping
Did FCL confirm with anyone the maintenance fees for the various unit type? i only know they quote an estimated but not written in any of the sales agreement.
Looking forward to TOP
Yes. Target TOP is may 2012 and keys collection to start from may 2012 according to Frasers officials managing the handover of units at W28Originally Posted by slee2009

Wow!! That's great news! Can't wait for the day to come....
Thanks to both Sleek and Cyber, for bringing us the good news.
Good news! Just received to scale floor plan from the lawyer! Reno planning n shopping time!!!
Sleek - thanks. Nice pic.
But the pool seems to be quite narrow, hor?
Only know its 50m in length. Any one knows what is the width of it?Hope its not meant only for 2 to swim the length at any one time.
Will the lawyer be sending to everyone our scaled floor plan. Have not rec'd mine yet..
Walked past yesterday and took some photos. Does anybody know if there will be an entry/exit to the upper Serangoon road for the residents?
Here is a photo of the swimming pool taken about a month ago from Blossoms. Hopefully you can get an idea of how wide it is...Seems alright to me though. Definitely not for just two swimmers.Originally Posted by timsumgirl
Thanks for the pool view. though, i wish it could be bigger.Originally Posted by stebu
So some of our Blossom neighbours also got another pool view besides their own....
Hope the landscaping will be nicely done up with lush greens to give a bit of resort feel.
Probably enough for 3 pax, guess this is the norm nowadays.

So I think no point having too big a pool. It will just increase the maintenance cost.
thank-u...as the buyer, the cheaper the better! I certainly hope it's a good unit. The only issue is the proximity to Blossom on the left.

I see sharp edges in the pool tiles and design. Be careful..
this one take very long to build heh
Thanks for the update Sleek! I see you managed to make your way into the premises..
Pool looks good in my opinion, sizeable with enough space around it for relaxing. Was kinda worried that it may turn out to be long but narrow, but not anymore.
Just waiting for TOP now
