My guess is probably the basement 1 level for Tower 8.

The concrete works are supposedly faster with the use of such reuseable metal formworks.

Oh.... the exterior of this structure is concrete slabs right? And if this this basement 1, then above it should be ground (level 1)?

Although I've been to the site, I seriously can't tell which level each tower is at...kekekke

Except for the 1BR, the others have the refuse chute inside the unit.

So where's the common chute for Tower 6?

If u look carefully at the block plan of block 6, there is a little square next to stack 11. That is the rubbish chute.

Oh.. which East Side Exec Flat? Was an Eastsider too, until moved to current Bishan D&B and will probably keep it for rental.

Think we do have a mixed of Stayers & Investor, and those sitting on the fence too!

By the way, the A/C ledge has a door, so we can probably used the area to hang our laundries, like a service yard.

I thought with all the recent 1000psf suburban launches, the subsale price seems like a good one for the buyer
