27 June 2012 is the Keong Hong's Contractual Completion but FCL's handover date is 31 Aug 2013. Looking at site progress, 4Q2011 or 1Q2012 possibly TOP.

Have to pass by the area many times a week anyway. Also if only the 3km line-of-sight not blocked by the flats at Bishan St 13, can even have more frequent updates.

Took a photo of block 6 this morning. They just completed the ceiling for 1st floor units in stacks 11&12. Good to see some progress every night when I get home!
