Guess most owners are more active in the 8@Woodleigh owners forum & Facebook liao!

On a separate note, i received an offer of 1300psf yesterday with a ready cheque, and would have seriously considered letting go had I not been still liable to pay a 12% SSD (second year)... I feel that the SSD actually supports or increases property prices as it reduces the stock of units available for sale

Thought he was referring to the interior of the unit... how different can that be... but yes, agree that the exterior of old condo is definitely more generous with common spaces. Even Clovers by the Park is quite generous with the space and it is pretty 'new' OCR...

Oh, this is a dual key studio, but the size is about the same as the normal studio type. Done deals for rental is from $2600 to $2800.

Apparently the 2 bedroom side of the dual key is managing up to $3700pm rental, very surprising.. Let's hope it's not a one off.

Overall rental for a dual key unit can hit 6 to 6.5k if the above figures are achieved!

Is it sale to related parties? Does not seem to be open market resale price.

Bec that time 2009 still has deferred payment scheme, now it is for first owner to take bank loan and lodged the caveat.
