yup... gauging by the Pheng Geck's GFA & units... it should offer relatively good size units & set a launching benchmark at Potong Pasir... My guess is ave 1050-1100psf, but you never know how aggressive they could be given its Qingdao maiden pte projectOriginally Posted by devilplate

If The scala is going for 1.1Kpsf now.. I guess 8@woodleigh value should be about there?

Nowadays, a couple earning a combined income of $10k can easily afford a S$1 to 1.5 million condo.
saw the statistics that the 50 percentile of the population already earning about $3.5k per pax. So most likely $5k is in the 65 percentile range. No problem for a couple to hit $10pm. Most of my peers are already earning $8k pm average and I'm in the accounting industry.
