    Think scsc referring to the "workers" washing as their quarters are in the basement now and entrance is below Stack 8.

    Was there a sub-sale done for #04-21? Saw in sine.com it was contracted only on 15 Oct at $980K.
    I thought all units were sold out since July 09, but why there are still some units that are not lodge or only lodge in sine much later. Any timeframe for sine lodge? Anyone care to explain?

    Can't find any updated caveats on Streetsine, only for Aug 2010.

    The data for #04-21 is same as that of DP and not all sold units had caveats lodged.

    Why is caveat not lodged? I got one unit (elsewhere) still not lodged after more than 1/2 yr. Puzzling...

    till date, only see 310 units lodge after 16 mths. What happen to the other 20 over units? It is those belonging to buyers whose loan are not granted or whatever reasons?

    Likely to be cashrich buyers who had not taken any bank loan yet, so not necessary for them to have the caveat lodged.

    ya man, the RT units for this development are launched at ~12% discounted psf to the unit juz below. Wonder if units below are currently undervalued given the run-up in similar new launches further up in OCR

    From F&N report 8@W only 21% completed as at 30 Sept behind Residences Botanique (28%), caspian 35% & waterfront key 31%.

    But things look like to have speed up in oct & nov.
