    but hey, u nvr really answer my question leh...hillvista ok anot..lol...better den terrene rite...duno y terrene sell so well and hillvista gona TOP still got gd units...3bedders less den 1.3mil leh...but terrene ard 1.4-1.5mil for 3bedders

    If you wanna invest in Hillview, the angle is future capital gains not current rental yields. Capital gains from future MRT station and developments. And of course it being quite a rustic area which may appeal to more people when public transportation improves.
    Yea,,,the current transport status is quite jilat.
    I think we may see more development once the Malaysia rails line be reprocessed, which cut across the entire district there..
