Was quoted 900+ psf in end June especially the better units like those inner units away from upper east coast road and those without the west facing sun.Originally Posted by zimmer

Price for the remaining Penthouse, 2 bedrooms, 139 SQM going for the affordable price of 1.7 Mil. (1000++ psf).
Isn't that a bit high for a two bedders? Let's see if they manage to sell itOriginally Posted by eoc
Those who bought the inner units at the same time as me already got it at more than 1000+ psf. Costa Del Sol is currently selling at 1100+psf, so the freehold should have an upside of 10-30% more.Originally Posted by greenman
Yesterday's ST had an ad saying 65% sold which means that they are still around 20 units left.
Any owners here?
TOP supposed to be end of the year but till now foundation still not laid yet...
Yes, I am looking forward to move in December. A bit concern about the progress. What will happen if they don't finish on time for the expected TOP?
I think the same happens to One Amber, I don't know whether the owners got compensated for the delay in that case.
If the completion date is later than TOP, they are liable for compensation.Originally Posted by eoc
hi,is there any amenties near the East coast residence, beside east coast park ?
Not much, if you like quiet then ok. With $900-$1000psf, and if you like walkup apartments try looking around Rose Lane area Katong/Haig.Originally Posted by marktkt22
Lou, agree with you,. seem like not much amenities,
amenities as in food and groceries? Your question probably applies to all the condo and terrace houses around the area.Originally Posted by marktkt22
Actually walk along Sennet road around 500m and there is a stairway leading to bedok south market and hawker center. Not too far, not too near.
Thanks, pricig is quite a premium since amentities is not too near. actually, is that area alway so pricey ?Originally Posted by joyride
Still affordable, you can still grab some units for less than 1100 psf

At $850k price.. is there still room to edge up higher? Not forgetting the stamp fees base on govt's recent measures.
Well, I asked the same question two years back, when it was a 900++ psf.Originally Posted by pod

They launched when the market was reaching the peak, I think they managed to sell 3 units at a high PSF at that time.
They even manage to sell one PH in 2008 at almost 900 psf.
Then everything crashed...
