On paper, the TOP for Interlace is 31/12/2014. However, with the way the constuction is progressing, what would be a probable date? Thanks.

With Ascentia Sky selling for around $1500 and really suburbian mass-market projects comfortably getting $1000, is Interlace priced too cheap? Wonder why it hasn't been fully sold yet.
every time I drive pass interlace, I always mistaken it as some sort of JTC factory, or hospital.Originally Posted by investor77

After TOP, when buyers get to see the finished product, there may be surprises in store and better facing units may sell well.
True, the units are relatively big or I would say comfortably sized compared to other new projects. I actually think that's one of the advantages of this project. Agreed, too many units but so does Reflections not too far away. In terms of location, it doesn't look that bad..the southern ridges and the greenery look quite nice. Also, I read somewhere that there's a new 4 star hotel coming up close by. I wonder if the mall diagnonally across is up for re-development.Originally Posted by Jonathan0503
The project is confusing though. Went to the showflat a few weeks back and it requires quite some effort to figure out a good unit.
the good or ok facing ones are all taken. what's left are the poor facing ones or higher floor big units with huge quantum. this was many months ago when i went showflat.
will pick skyline or reflections over this development anytime.Originally Posted by investor77
The finishing at The Interlace is very lousy for the psf they are charging
The show flat is still operating but left with units above $2mil in quantum
How do you compare it with D'Leedon? Looking at that as well and I think it is the same finishing as Interlace but much more expensive.Originally Posted by lufu
the price, quantum is very big difference leh. REflections is ideal of cos. Skyline is no no. double whammy, if unlucky, u tio super west sun and super noisy highway noise.Originally Posted by eng81157
The new official TOP date is now 30 Sep 2014 - they have advanced it by another 3 months.
6 more sold in mar at 1175psf median.
Selling 6 units in the month can be considered quite slow.Originally Posted by bargain hunter
