    Default Prestige Lofts (Fragrance Land)

Name: Prestige Lofts (Think Prestige Heights' katek brother and Pristine Heights distant cousin)

    Units: 19
Location: Telok Kurau Road (along the main road after Lor M)
    Carpark: 3-level mechanical carparks
    Maintenance: $200 -300

Dropped by over the weekend since I stay around the area.

Prices are (reasonable compared to its Bigger Balestier Brother ) 1100psf++ for 377sf units and 1080++ for 441sf units. Still many units available! Project looks 1/3 completed already.

Note: Facilities include BBQ pit and fitness corner and playground. NO POOL.

With so many development there, next time they can rename the Telok Kurau area as Telok Fragrance.

Btw, pardon my mountain turtle-ness but what is a "mechanical carpark" ah?

Should be those car lifts type, like those you find at car workshops, so that you can park 3 cars vertically on the same lot.

Oic... There is one such carpark near my workplace. They call it M-Park@Club Street for those that are familiar with the area. You just "deposit" your car into a lift and the mechanism will send and retrieve your car subsequently. You just need to key in a 4-digit access code for it to work.

I tried parking there once in a while but I stopped after one friday whereby a bunch of us were made to wait for almost 2 hrs due to some machnical issues.... i stopped parking there since...

I believe the mechanical carpark issue is a big apple to swallow when it comes to your own home.

    Wonder hows the sales moving?

Drove pass the site once. The development super small.

I walk by almost everyday getting to work and back home. Saw plenty of red SOLD stickers on the model (at least for the front facing units).

i was at eastwood green showlfat and they also have the model for prestige loft. 0ne of the ground floor unit is a loft unit, hence the name.

2 Ph and the gnd flr loft still available, that was like 3 weeks back.....

typical frag ppty project style,,,like the eastwood green , cotz, parc elegance.

For those who look down on boutique developments in Telok Kurau, Fragrance Group Boss - Koh Wee Meng made it to the Top 40 richest man in Singapore is no gimmick. Think he still resides in Telok Kurau.

You might wanna check out his age versus the others and since when he ventured into property development business compared to the rest of the tycoons before making such claims.

Haiz, just can't stand these Little India Ah Nehs trying to act like Orchard Rd residents.

As usual, u dun get my point...I am not arguing with you about age...its not about age whether one is tycoon or not..its about what you do....i don't think all the big developers are big cos their old horse...

It tell u one thing, if u are serious about being a reputable developer, dont offer half filled glass of goodies...offer the real stuff...

Is the land so small that cannot have normal parking? Fragrance really specialise in Telok Kurau - quality of their projects just like their budget hotel with thin walls andbathtub sold as "swimming pool". Nowadays "boutique" development means "budget quality development".

The KOh brother run the frag gp hotel and property chain well. Kudos to them...of course, they are in a different league compared to the mega big time developer ...not apple to apple comparison.

Just like every district has its characteristics and charms, as well as bad points. cannot compare D9, D10 vs D14 ,15 ,16 etc.
one man meat is another's poison... IMHO.
