    Only some reliable developers in Sg. Far East Org is one. But Far East is the landlord here. Not the home owners.

    How much is yr buyer budget for 3bd and 4br? I got a handful of owners wanting to sell at Shore Residences and the much desired Silversea which is about to TOP soon.

    It was reported a few days ago that Katong Shopping Centre is trying for enbloc sale. From the masterplan 2014, this site is designated for residential and commercial. Will be interesting to see the impact on this area if the enbloc sale is successful.
