    Hi all,

    Anyboby care to comment on this project? Location seems good coz near 2 MRT Stn & it's a dead end road with some peace & privacy due to the low(1.4) plot ration. When down to the quite showroom with a take up rate for only about 50% since Early November, selling at about $1150++psf. Still considering plus calculating$$$

    Yes, it's on the high side. But considering it's near to 2 MRT stn & future Paya Lebar Commercial Hub, with the property market slowly but surely gaining ground. I think we simply cannot expect to have the good old days of expecting a 800+psf in D15 with new project. This is my personal feel tot i might not be experience enough to make good judgement! Contemplating...

    Definitely overpriced. There are better developments at the same price in D15.

    It looks crap. Exact same design and same color as Casero @ Dunman and Esterina. Developer sucks big time - they ever accepted an offer then reject it when the cheque is on the way. Hope this one is not the same developer as the former 2.

    it means it is neither near to any. i use the shortest distance (straight path); 480m (Dakota), 600m (Paya Lebar). My place is 100m from shopping mall yet I sometimes feel it is far to walk there =)

    Thanks for all reply, seems like lots of neg feedback on this project. But cost aside, wat really attracted me to this proj is the low plot ratio compare to other proj just across the road. Yes, it is nor here or there but at least u got an option to walk (15mins?) to CL or NE line! It's also closer to the city compare to TK projects!
