    I'm new here~ Just like you all, I am also 1 of the proud owner of Riviera 38.

    Just to ask:

    How many of you actually buy this condo for personal use?

    If you are looking to rent out, what will be the ideal rental cost for this condo?

    Default Riverside meldoies starting selling

    Riverside melodies( next to airsteam ) start selling the 2bedder 103 sqm selling for 1300psf . Is it a good sign for riviera 38 ?

    I don't think river melodies' fence is up yet. Small developer and does seem to be cash rich.

    took a couple of photos of R38....now it's level 11....but strangely...i cant load pictures directly into the forum....kept on throwing error

    Yup same here at first I had this problem and some of the member teach me to load in Facebook then copy out from facebook the pictures and load it here and indeed it work !

    Wow! That's quite costly.
    Probably it will go even higher in the near future when sinking funds are added in .
    Not forgetting the maintenance of the shuttle bus service once the developer stop providing after 2yrs..

    shudder to think abt this....imagine after 2 plus years, the fees go up to 500 plus...damn expensive. Hopefully the costs can be split with river bay...

    Because of some project only 102 units of sharing and last time before purchuse and ask the developer why so exp is bcos of the fund they want to collect more to hit certain value fast within short period for future maintenance and therefore will either reduce or increase depend on the requirment frequency of maintenance needed and response from the owners and committees

    I do know of the owner who is living in 6th level 3 room. But I think he is looking to rent out.

    The unblock view start on level 11 or 12 because in front have a few tree .

    Yesterday go dinner wz friends at orchard central for dinner at level 12 . suprise me that i can see beacon height . i think when Riviera 38 ready maybe can be see at orchard central too.

    Let hope potong pasir will push up the price of city fringe area , let seat back and wait for the good news .

    Went to the showroom this afternoon at sennett residence. The price as below

    1 Bedder 485sqft at Stack 22 & 23 lowest floor start at estimated $770k.
    1 bedder for 582sqft at stack 04 & 27 lowest floor at $860k
    2 bedder 711sqft at stack 08 lowest floor at $1.1mil
    2 bedder 819sqft at stack 16 & 17 lowest floor at $1.2mil
    2 bedder 851sqft at stack 25 & 26 lowest floor at > $1.2mil
