Went to the site last sat , the progression of the exteriors is not much changes.

the level 2 car park temporary hostel for the worker to stay is remove .

Most of the exteriors is done , only the 3 bedder one of the bedroom they are fitting up the window glass .the window frame is all installed.

Found a a sign board at the entrance of the site written welcome a visitors call Dr ... i think is the bca personnel come check building for green mark award.

so dun know will it able to hand over to all green on April seem like a bit hard .

New update on 17 March 2014.

1) Fencing is up half way through .
2) level 9 to level 16 the interior is full completed
3) The 3 bedder one of the bedroom the the window and frame is fully installed .
4) The temporary place where the worker are staying at the carpark area have been removed.

Anyone can advise me why the photo cannot be uploaded ? i transfer the photo from facebook and photobucket also cannot upload her .can anyone know how to upload ?

Since riviera is soon going to completed in a few month time , is time for us to discuss any good Id company for renovation work or furniture ........ By that time is just nice when top the renovation can start .

not very expensive since most of the items are ready done for you. I suggest you get off the shelf items instead of asking ID, since you are looking for rent out.

If for rent dun need id , id normally will charge 3k to 5k or more depends . just buy basic furniture will do .

I'm not sure.we have to ask no exit.I think it's a few thousand , if I remember correctly a surveyor once told me it cost 5k or more or you may engage your own surveyor to do that.

This I haven't look into it will check for your how much I think it base on the different bedder different cost . Now I am looking in for renovation and design hehe

No, it's not up yet. Fencing for Riverbay is not up yet and R38 is only half done.
