    It's a 11 to 15 floor based on caveat lodge in ura site. But not sure of the facing.

    Actually if u guys realize Allgreen tactics, they way they release the units is very different [I experience this during One Devonshire and Skysuites] and also somehow they are very peculiar about unit numbers like 08,04,13. For example units with 08 will have a more premium. I guess in this case is probably due to the 13-04

    yes, this is so strange! 13 is bad luck in english and 4 in chinese so 13-04 is the cheapest unit in this project? $8,000 difference and 6 storeys higher. I will still take 13-04

    hmm, 524k, Noexit bought 07-04?

    btw there are huge baywindows here right?

    Dtrax will this have potential to earn 100k upon TOP like what u commented about PRW and ripple bay?

    possible, it av psf price is almost similar to airstream's psf back in 2009 for those over units 10flrs

    The 1 bedroom low floor is already sold off now left 18 floor around 554k

    The 1 bedroom unit from level 7 to 17 all sold , only left 18 the lowest 19 floor also sold .

    FYI lvl 09,08 is more exp than lvl 13. If you know how Allgreen tactic works, that is quite self explanatory.. as for stamp duty absorption, the ura caveat price should be before the price stamp duty discount

    Anyway I am the first patch who bough one unit that why I am so familiar with the price at R38 and at the same time, my another two friends each bought an unit there as well

    Anyway these two project is marketed by the same marketing agent, DTZ, u can ask them to show u and compare the price rather then listening to some member guessing and throwing wrong amount and mislead you
