Today went to the riviera 38 site . The progess of construction is very good .

Latest up date :

1) Construction for 2bedder have reach level 26
Construction for 1/1+1/2+1/3 bedder have reach level 25-70% completed

2) The window frame at level 6 to 15 - 90 % completed

3) The first coating of the paint for external wall at 2bedder have painted .

4) See some of the window glass have place at the ground of the site .

I actually wanted to see how the swimming pool is like. Let hope and pray it doesn't look like our neighbour Vetro one!

Just wondering, will there be an extension out once complete? Take a look at the swimming pool size VS the current built up, the swimming pool should be directly outside of the empty area of the photo.

will not look like vetro because the length of the pool is 33m by 5.6 m . i ask the developer before . so not to worry .

Heard from my friend say he passby riviera all the scaffold from level 6 to 15 had been dismantle . I think they going to In store window frame soon . Yeah

From what I see now in construction, seems... quite small lol~

Download the photo of mezzo swimming pool . their measurement is around 30m by 6m so riviera 38 will be similar . Riviera38 measurement is 33m by 5m to 5.6m
