Today was at the site of riviera 38 . The landscape is nice the signature is up . Is look the same as the artist impression . Is perfect . Will post the new picture on Facebook soon .

From the site of the project is mostly 85 to 90 % completed . So hope it can top end jun 2014 .
Level 1
1) Landscaping is all done . ( all the plants and tree planted )
2) The signature Riviera 38 is display .
3) The outdoor fitness is completed .
4) Guard house is ready for function .
5) The shutter gate is ready for function .
6) Carpark from basement to level 4 is completed - to exit the Carpark to unit have to use access card .
7) The letter box is completed .
Level 5
1)The sunbath deck is 80% completed .
2)The gym room and function room is doing the interior renovation 70% completed .
3)The swimming pool jacuzzi pool children pool are completed fill with water.
4)The BBQ is 90% completed .
5)The landscaping in level 5 is completed . (all plants and trees planted)
6)The children play ground is ready .
7)There are changing and shower room and the level 5 which the brouches not stated . This a bonus
8)To exit at level 5 have to unit have to use the access card or intercom the guards house .
9)At night if you Pass by riviera 38 the top of the penthouse will be lighted .

Yes . Most of the thing is done except the gym and function room and the bbq to touch up to complete .
