    or probably from a better stack from the inner block with both reservoir and pool view and lesser noise (about 50m from the road?)

    seems that developer did not register for quality mark with BCA ... rather disappointing. owners need to get own professional experts to check defects?

    Developer told me the same est TOP April 13. I went down ytd and disappointed on the progress. I still see painters painting some of the units internal wall.b

    was there on Sunday morning. there are people working on Sunday as well. The swimming pool seems to be done. There were workers working on the wadding pool. The entrace still looks looks the same as a few weeks ago except that there are less muddy water maybe due to the dry weather. The BBQ pit also looks more or less the same as a few weeks ago. Read newspaper that due to the tightening of the foreign labour, construction companies are starting to 'delay' the completion of their projects. Instead of finishing one year ahead, there are delays even. At this rate, I am not sure if can TOP even in April.....crossing my finger.

    enough to pay off the ASSD.

    Nice pics...looks impossible to snap pics of the 50m pool since it's not on the ground level. But I wonder why the progress is so slow..at the current snail pace, I'm doubting if Mar/Apr TOP is possible.

    I will want to give both the buyer and seller a 100 gun salute to commemorate their bravery in the face of the cooling measure and their commitment to the northern properties.

    Having said that, the public has given their commitment but how about the government and their 'planned' NS12 further up north?

    The main structure was completed at record speed and raised the hopes but the finishings have taken too long.
    I doubt TOP could be earlier than May.

    later record psf will be created by CEL for that mixed Yishun development ... expect 1400psf for 1br/MM

    past by Estuary today. The progress is slow. I doubt March/April can TOP. My estimation is at least Q3 this year.

    the entrance fountain was partially lay with the black tiles about a month back. But since then, it has stopped for quite some time. The same goes for the guard house as well..at least the swimming pool is more or less done.

    yup seems that they were waiting for some kind of approval then. now they are laying the tiles in full swing. in fact observed that apparently they are always waiting for something. bottleneck seems to be with the architect or project mgmt. hope this is to make sure delivery of a good product. still keeping high hopes that by march they can at least submit top application meantime can start to get busy with id. needs lots of ideas for the balcony

    This project looks so slow really doubt TOP can be obtained in Mar or Apr 13 saw quite number of the workers still working the interior unit

    Some blocks look ready while some require more work. Frankly, at this rate, I think it can only TOP in Dec, as stated officially. haha. Perhaps the Mar/Apr TOP is referring to only a few blocks.
