Mgmt council form by owner occupied.
4x cctv, backgate will be install. This made walking to katong mall a 5min walk from backgate. Cctv for security.staircase door are now uni directional.
some landscaping improvement will be done.
we levy $10 per share sinking fee to build up the sinking fuod.
Looking at more improvent and tweak down the road.
