size is small 4xxsqft...low flr 12xxpsf up to highest flr 14xxpsf

so dun be fooled by psf figures.

76shenton even more misleading if u just based on psf

studio psf range from 16xx to 25xxpsf

    16xxpsf seems cheap but 25xxpsf

Yah. The invasion of the MM units to keep high high PSF in city and city fringe areas It works - despite the super high PSF, they are the ones to sell out first. It also shows the majority of investors are not the deep pocket ones - typical middle class or upper middle class Singaporean.

Mickeymousation is one of the very rare events in mankind's history where everyone can be happy.

    1. Everyone in Singapore can now fulfill his aspiration of owning a private property with the ultimate target of 10 sq ft @ $10,000 psf, which can be used to store some prized possession and more importantly an important dinner conversation piece.

    2. Every company in whatever business, whether wet market or book store or IT, can now become a property developer as it is a business with almost no entry barrier, and yet make tonnes of money by selling smaller and smaller units at higher and higher psf.

    3. Existing land owners, including the Government, benefit from higher land valuation due to higher and higher psf transacted in land tenders.

I cannot think of anyone who does not welcome Mickeymousation. It is the God of Forture.

I am curious how you know that unit has been sold, not doubting you by any means. Are you an agent?

Also how to confirm that WaterBank is 100% sold?

I wonder how much is the psf done if any for the subsales?

    Thanks in advance.
