That so called Mr B.. had finally bought a JG shoebox unit.. & quickly divert attention & changed his goal post by talking about "Land Storm is Coming"
But the problem is.. As usual he has been talking & twisting & talking & diverting.. while we have been waiting & waiting & waiting for almost 1.5-yrs.. for the "Land Storm" to come.. yet still waiting

Just saw the Luxus Hills showhouse...nice for multigenerational living....but too many similar looking units together makes it less appealing...

Anyway eventually he bought Windor instead. I think he must be glad coz Luxus Hill's roads are cramped with lots of selfish neighbours parking their cars outside their house instead of in their car porch. I witness for myself 1 morning when a rubbish dump truck had difficulty manoeuvring past a Merc and basically smashed the wind mirror. For $2.6m or a bit more, there are other ready to move in Interterrace that are brand new or needs minimal renovation.

So far, anyone know how many number has been build, sold and how many units to come? Is there a need to rush to buy this project?
The latest phase 7 inter-terrace price transacted in ura site shows 2.768mil for a few units vs 2014 price of 2.8 to 3mil for same 1615sqft land.
Ya. I saw the information too. The agent told me that they had build 300 units and 600 more to go. Anyone can verify that. Any possibility that the price will drop further?
this is a cookie cutter project.... all look alike .. 1 architectural drawing can be used for almost every unit. developer saves a lot of money... yet going at 18xx psf land ...facing factories...
further north at Seletar area ... decently new rebuilt are going at 1000 psf (some nego somemore) ...

I like the interior design. For the phase 6 and 7, the outlook is a bit different. Most important is that it is within 1 km of rosysth primary. Anyway, thanks for the expert advice. Any recommendation which is comparable to this project with cheaper price?

There is no internal lift. For those unit come with water feature is asking 2.7 but the rest is around 2.8. Land side around 1615 with buildup area of 3360. But the down side is that location not so good.

Also there are so many nearby supermarkets or shopping mall within the area for an array of amenities such as grocery and retail shopping, banks, eateries and more.
