Space and very comprehensive facilities are the selling point of Minton. Location is not too bad as well. Yeap, its mainly family oriented.

Unfortunately they don't have the bigger units facing town. Those are stacked in the middle of the development.

Haha have been religiously saving all your photos... will be so exciting once they finish the piling and start the construction of the blocks. From the looks of it, seem like they will start building the middle blocks first.
