Design Concept:

The design of the reservoir fronting block is liken to that of a giant ocean liner or yacht.

An enhanced feature is the bubble lift which brings all residents to the communal roof terrace of the blocks fronting the reservoir. The beauty of reservoir and park view is gradually unveiled as the bubble moves from ground level to the highest lift landing point. All residents will be able to enjoy “changing” views of the scenery while enjoying the ride in the bubble lift.

Focus
