    If a project is situated in a conservation area, what are the implications? Can anyone please advise...

    isit that good? al least there'll be not development/construction around for many years to come...peace.... and you dun have to worry or dream about en block

    If they can build a new project in a conservation area, can't they enbloc the project next time? probably it will be restricted by plot ratio...
