Wonder if there is any sub sale for this project? I saw a few advertisments on Casa Aereta (an adjacent project) asking 11xx psf. I dont know if you went through.

Any idea what should be a good price for La Brisa at this moment? considering new lauches around that ard going for above 1200 psf.

La brisa is still the best project among the few launches in recent months considering the land size and layout. Pool side 18m x 10m etc. All other launches with MM has pathetic small pond.

La brisa to me no difference with casa aerata and other lorong 26 and 28 projects....1st MRT not here not there, location near to chicken nest also and too many projects fighting ard that area
