in my opinion, 2 things that I dun like abt this developement

1. no function room
2. not much walking space around the condo, pool is too big, a bit dangerous esp for kids moving around

It depends whether you mind living next to two huge wafer fabs.

in my opinion,whitewater is not too bad.
its located at the best part of pasir ris cos that area is the least congested.
bus stop along drive 1 is at its doorstep.if u are driving,it will lead u straight to TPE from whitewater's entrance without much traffic.
west plaza is just beside whitewater,u will get all the amenities there.
the best stacks to get are those facing the tennis court or west plaza direction.

I live around that area currently...elias mall not bad too...
but it just an EC...pretty plain and stragightfwd design.
near to wafer fab...
