This project is just side by side with the CTE, so the air quality is bad.. as you already know..

Near expressway = bad choice, away from expressway in a quiet area = neither here nor there and must own a car, too near mrt = very noisy and neighborhood tend to be crowded, perfect location = too high psf

Maybe 1000 psf may attract more buyers. The location isn't really too ideal..

No MRT, beside CTE, limited amenities.

Farrer Park MRT is walking distance, so is City Square Mall. Inside facing units are good.

Maybe I lazy. To me, too far for everyday walking. My walking distance to MRT is like CSR.

The balcony+planter area is really larger than the master bedroom!

All the floor plans!! hmm the images are very clear. Probably from the original file. It's not even from PDF!

Ya! Just saw Straits Times and they have a full page ad. Says prices start from $1235 psf. Watch closely for new launches at Bendemeer and Bishan. If it's more than this, then maybe it is worth it.

If I have a unit there. I will shift my sofa set, TV & console to the balcony to cover up the wastage.. cos the balcony is really too big
