    Default Distressed Property

    There are many distressed properties in PIIGS, US, DUBAI, and perhaps some other countries that I dun even know.

    Is there any expert here can advise on this subject proper.

    Including taxation, legal documentation, clean title, financing and exchange risk, maintainance, collection of rental, buy/sell, yield....too many to mention

    And most important, is it time now?

    You may want to consider signing up.


    My only free advice is "I dont think" it is the right time to buy.
    Anyway even the very expert will not guanrantee money back
    answer. Pls let me know if there's one. I will be the first one to sign up...

    Brits are snapping up properties there.
