D28 within Yio Chu Kang vicinity

I've currently looking for a 3 bedders for stay in D28. Kinda shortlisted Seletar Springs and was wondering if there is any other development worth considering within Yio Chu Kang vicinity. I'm not too particular with the tenure of the development as I only intend to stay for about 6-8 years. Full facilities is a must, can compromise without a tennis court.
Would appreciate comments from you guys with thanks!

Is this the one near the white mee hoon stall and curry fish head?
This has the best location in the area. i.e. if you like white mee hoon and curry fish head.
