An agent was distributing leaflets at shopping area when i was there, took for fun & saw the price list, got a shock! Studio 20sqm, 2bed 43sqm . Pinoys told me this is the norm size.

not the smallest i hf seen. i rmb seeing 16xsqft unit in london.....its about the size of a bedroom....no living room....just enuff to have a small kitchen and toilet plus a single sized bed

i remember reading tat URA actually ban developer from building anything below 300sqft after the 28xsqft studio in suites@guillemard made headlines....if authorities nvr do anything...we shd be seeing 215sqft oredi

Then a resale HDB will be a super luxury at super cheap prices of $300 - $400 psf only.... Some are higher than $400 psf due to location.

Just for sleeping and ***. Cook, eat and shit will stink the whole house. 1 Guy sleep 12 hours in day and another sleep 12 hours at night.

the worker work 12 hrs shift, return to cabin and the other worker leave the cabin for the next 12 hrs shift

Don know why it is called so..maybe the bed is alway kept warm...
