    Hi,

Just to share the reason i bought...

    Good

    (1) Located in D15 and tat area is quite quiet.
    (2) The only condo with full condo facilities in tat area.
    (3) Nice Function Room and Pool(s) .
    (4) Security more tight than the rest of the condo. (Outsider cannot access the lift)
    (5) Big Carpark (underground) and air-con lobby
    (6) The unit i bought is high floor so i like the city view and pool view. (windy as well)
    (7) Near Paya Lebar MRT, good schools and seong song.

    Bad

    (1) Construction work on another new project coming up soon. *noise* completion year is 2012.

    Hmm....i bought $950 psf...not really cheap...but ok...buy for own stay...

Why ? are you looking for property ?

950psf is not too bad. High floor? I am looking for a unit but the options are open as to own stay or rent out. When did u buy it? I know current price is about 1m+/- for a 2 bedder. But this place abit far from MRT right?

yes, high floor. I bought it last week. I bought 3 bedders...

Hmm...i found the distance is alright as normally i will take bus (2/3 stops) ;-)

Some of the owners now are asking for 1K psf + already.....kind of scary...

You should add one other good point, it is near to the commercial hub at paya lebar. High rental yield in future when the hub is completed.

    never heard of it.

check out the area yourself. Look for signs of flooding, water marks at carpark paint or ask the people who are not staying there. If butterworth 8 owners here, they most probably will not say even if it is so. Do you own homework.

    Default It's a great place

Though I've never lived there, I used to visit often from a neighboring condo on Dunman road. It's a well-maintained complex, and the West-side apartments have a fantastic city view - maybe even a sea view(?). But these apartments do get hot. The only thing I didn't like was the presence of Bay Windows. There are a lot of apartments though in surrounding area, and pricing power or rental yields could become an issue.
