In a dilemma now. A couple on owner-occupier scheme, we’re wondering with the same budget, which property is a better option?
An old property in Clementi (with 50+ years lease left)(Rental play, convenient), or a newer property in Sengkang/Canberra (with 80-90+ years left)(possible to sell if needed)? Assuming all options are near to MRT and we will buy a condo in 5-10 years (rent out our HDB). Any suggestions? Thanks!
