    Feel good to own a unit here.....awesome project, first time to own one unit which has more than 1000 units and many facilities for all, and I have nver dreamt to buy one in ah soo, ........as I am a west person, hahaha

    For such wooden plank, how are you going to handle the hole below? Will water go through the plank ? I'm worry about dirty and dust collect below and will be a huge headache to clean it

    thanks i did. but puzzled by diffrence in price offering compared to ura caveats lodged for residential properties?

    for example
    THE MINTON HOUGANG STREET 11 Condominium 1 1,030,888 1,238 Strata 833 Sep-12

    in propert guru ,the same unit is selling at 1.35mil

    Some are patio units, some are owners asking more, up to you to go and find one within your budget and to your liking.

    1,238 sqft is a 2 BR ground floor unit with PES. It could have been bought during launch and caveat only lodged now. Three bedders are going at subsale for around 1,000 psf or higher already.

    You are not going to find many subsale units for Minton in the next one year before TOP. Minton was launched around June 2010. The 3-year SSD was implemented from 30 Aug 2010 and the 4-year SSD from 13 Jan 2011.

    Kovan regency's $1,200-$1,300 psf gave them a lift.

    Paper gain only since most cannot sell now. I think Minton mostly own stay types since it is not next to MRT. But it is not impossibly far from Nex and MRT either.

    The NE MRT line will be under tremendous stress when Kovan Regency TOPs around 2016/2017 due to Punggol Town development. So will Upp Serangoon Road in front of Heartland Mall. I wouldn't discount the possibility of a viaduct being built right in front of Kovan Residences and connect all the way to the one in front of the Post Office. Underpass will be challenging and expensive due to the Kovan MRT station right below.
    This viaduct and the recently completed Woodsville tunnel will provide fast access to the city centre for residents of Punggol, Sengkang, Buangkok and Hougang.

    They can take TPE/KPE to Nicoll and then to CBD. But jam all the way.

    Want exercise, walk 12 mins to Nex. Lazy then take shuttle bus.

    The last pictures posted by azeoprop on 24 Oct 2012 had seen the frame work for landscapings. Think there must be quite a fair bit of progress today.

    they're good for good size unit, if want good architecture, should go check out sky habitat.
